These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Future Schools platform (the "Platform") at https://www.future-schools.co.uk/, operated by Future Schools Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14841916, with registered office at 63 Aldbourne Road, London, England, W12 0WL ("Future Schools", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms apply to every visitor and registered user of the Platform. If you are a parent or legal guardian with a paid account, the Future Schools Parent Terms also apply to you and take precedence over these Terms on any point of conflict relating to your subscription. If you are a school representative with dashboard access, the Future Schools School Terms also apply to you and take precedence on any point of conflict relating to your use of the dashboard. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, which explain how we handle personal data and cookies, form part of these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

2. Changes to These Terms and to the Platform

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, legal or regulatory requirements, or our business needs. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice via the Platform or by email before they take effect.

We may also update, change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Platform for business or operational reasons, and will try to give reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal that affects your access.

3. Keeping Your Account Secure

If you are given login credentials, you must keep them confidential and must not share them with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

We may disable your login details at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms. If you know or suspect anyone else knows your credentials, tell us immediately at info@future-schools.co.uk.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use the Platform for lawful purposes only, and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it. You must not:

• use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purpose;
• submit information that is false, misleading, or that you do not have the authority to provide;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, any account that is not yours, or any server, network or database connected to it;
• introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or attempt a denial-of-service attack;
• copy, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, or use any automated tool to access or harvest data from the Platform, or use Platform data to develop, train or validate any AI system or model, except as we expressly permit;
• use the Platform in any way that could harm, or could reasonably be expected to harm, a child.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

5. Intellectual Property

We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and content (excluding information you submit about yourself or your child, which you continue to own). You may view and use the Platform for its intended personal or educational purpose, but you must not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Platform, you agree that we may use them freely to improve our services, without any obligation to you.

6. No Professional Advice

Content and outputs on the Platform are provided for general information only. They are generated using algorithmic analysis of the information you provide and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. They do not constitute legal, educational, medical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for your own research and judgement, or for advice from the relevant schools directly. You are responsible for your own decisions about your child's education.

7. Links to Other Sites; Viruses and Security

The Platform may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

We take reasonable technical measures to keep the Platform secure but cannot guarantee it will always be free of bugs or vulnerabilities; you are responsible for having appropriate protection on your own devices.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, and to any different liability provisions in the Parent Terms or School Terms that apply to your account, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Parent Terms or School Terms (as applicable), our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Notice, form the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of the Platform.
