This Cookie Notice explains how Future Schools Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Future Schools platform, and how you can control them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

They help the site function, remember your preferences, and (where you allow it) help us understand how the Platform is used. Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a set period.
2. The Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are essential for the Platform to work — for example, keeping you logged in and securing your session. They cannot be switched off, and under UK law we do not need your consent to use them. Sentry, our error-monitoring tool, runs in this category: it only ever collects anonymised error data (no IP address, cookies or request bodies), never personal or child profile information.
Analytics / Statistics Cookies
These help us understand how the Platform is used, so we can improve it. They only run if you give consent.
Preference / Functionality Cookies
These remember choices you've made (such as display settings) to give you a more consistent experience.
3. Your Consent
Before we set any cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner when you first visit the Platform. Your choice is stored on your own device; we do not enable any analytics tool (such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel) until you accept. If you decline, the Platform will still work, though some analytics or personalisation features may be unavailable.
You can change your mind at any time by reopening your cookie preferences via the cookie icon in the corner of the page, or by adjusting your browser settings.
